Latch Lake Chrome Dome Slide Reviews 4

Bought from Musician's Friend for $14.99 because I was having trouble using other slides such as the Dunlop 220 Chromed Steel (too small; I have big fingers) and another glass one.

Since I'm not a real slide player, the rounded out end helps prevent the bottom strings from buzzing when my positioning is off. I also wear the slide on my index finger (!) and find the Chrome Dome more comfortable than most metal slides I've played.

The domed end makes this slide three times as heavy as other metal slides. Slide veterans may find the shape very unwelcome. Also, $14.99 for a slide!?

Good.

I've read some horrible customer ratings on this slide. I think in my case, though, it's precisely the right specialized product for a specific player.
